Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. After these 30 days, unfortunately, you are no longer entitled to a refund or exchange option.

To receive a new game, the game must be returned without damage. Please also send the purchase receipt with your return.

Should you choose to return the game please send an email to postduif@tureluurs.com unfortunately shipping costs are at your own expense. Remember to keep the shipping receipt.

After receiving the product we will first check if the game is still complete and not damaged. If this is not the case, we will refund you as soon as possible on the account number with which the payment was made. Of course an email will then fly your way.

If after receiving an email you have not been refunded after 1 week please send an email to postduif@tureluurs.com
